CuCl催化剂负载于改性煤基活性炭载体后在合成碳酸二甲酯时的催化性能

Catalytic Activity of CuCl Loaded on Modified Coal-Based Activated Carbon during Synthetizing Dimethyl Carbonate

摘要 在采用甲醇气相氧化羰化工艺合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)的过程中,以活化改性后的煤基活性炭(CBAC)为载体用浸渍法负载CuCl催化剂,研究了活化剂种类、活化温度、活化剂与CBAC物质的量比对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明:在活化剂为CuCl_2、活化温度为800℃、活化剂与CBAC物质的量比为1:1的条件下,改性CBAC载体制备的催化剂活性最好,甲醇转化率、DMC选择性、DMC时空收率可分别达到34.6%,96.4%,221.1 g·kg^(-1)·h^(-1)。 The dimethyl carbonate (DMC) was synthetized by direct oxidation and carbonylation of vapor phase methanol process, and taking modified coal-based activated carbon (CBAC) as the carrier, the CuC1 catalyst was loaded on modified CBAC by impregnation method, the effects of activator, activation temperature, the mole ratio of activator to CBAC on eatalystic activity were studied. The results show that under the conditions that the activator was CuCl2, activation temperature was 800 ℃, and the mole ratio of activator and CBAC to 1 : 1, the activity of catalyst loaded by modified CBAC was the best, and methanol conversion, DMC selectivity and DMC space-time yield reached 34. 6%, 96.4%, 221.1 g · kg-1· h-1,respectively.
