摘要
对940、1Cr18Ni9Ti、17-4PH和9Cr18不锈钢在含石英砂的3.5%(质量分数)氯化钠溶液中的阳极极化曲线、腐蚀磨损速率及在3.5%氯化钠溶液中的均匀腐蚀速率进行了对比研究。结果表明:940钢的电化学性能、耐腐蚀磨损性能、耐均匀腐蚀性能均优于或等同于其它试验钢的,其优异的耐腐蚀磨损性能源于其高的表面硬度与良好的钝化膜性能;其腐蚀磨损的主要机理是磨损,腐蚀可以忽略。
For the tested steels of 940, 1Crl8Ni9Ti, 17-4 PH and 9Cr18 stainless steels, the anodic polarization curves in 3. 5wt% NaC1 solution with quartz sands, erosion-corrosion rates and general corrosion rate in 3.5wt% NaC1 solution were tested. The results show that the electrochemical properties, erosio^corrosion resistance and general corrosion resistance of 940 steel were better than those of others. The good erosion-corrosion of 940 steel was due to the high surface hardness and good property of passive film, and the main role of erosion-corrosion was erosion, and the corrosion was could be ignored.
