摘要
利用喷涂技术将纳米TiO_2溶胶涂覆于陶瓷绝缘子表面,经热处理制备了光催化自清洁陶瓷绝缘子,利用XRD、SEM和TEM等手段对纳米TiO_2薄膜的晶型、形貌、厚度和晶粒大小进行表征,通过模拟积污试验和工频湿耐受试验评估了纳米TiO_2膜对陶瓷绝缘子自洁能力和电气性能的影响。结果表明:光自洁绝缘子的表面灰密度(NSDD)仅为普通陶瓷绝缘子的47%,而其工频湿耐受电压水平较普通绝缘子提升了9.4%。
A certain amount of nano sized TiOe colloid was sprayed on the ceramic insulator surface to prepare the photo induced self-cleaning insulators with subsequent heat treatment. The crystal form, grain size, morphology and thickness of the nano-TiOz film coated on the ceramic surface were characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmisson electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of nano-TiO2 film on the self- cleaning and electrical properties of the ceramic insulators were evaluated by the artificial accelerated polluted test and the AC withstand test. The results show that the average nonsoluble deposit density (NSDD) value of the TiO2 coated insulators was only 47% that of the normal ceramic insulators, and the AC withstand voltage level of the former was 9.4% higher than that of the latter.
