摘要 目的探索应用基于问题式学习方法(PBL)和基于课堂学习的教学法(LBL)结合教学方法在糖尿病联络护士培训中的应用效果。方法对40名糖尿病联络小组学员进行24学时基础知识LBL教学后考核,选取具有一定代表性和难度的问题作为案例,进行12学时PBL教学。结果培训结束后,共发放调查问卷40份,收回有效问卷40份,有效回收率为100%。通过问卷调查,联络护士认为PBL和LBL结合教学法能够提高学习技能,其中激发学习兴趣和热情的占95.0%,加深对理论知识的理解占100.0%,提高临床教育和护理能力的占87.5%。结论采用PBL和LBL相结合的教学方法可以激发学员的学习积极性,提高其临床健康教育及护理能力,值得在护理人员专科培训方面推广。 Objective To investigate the effects of the combination of PBL and LBL teaching method on the training of diabetic liaison nurse. Methods To conduct the assessment after the 40 participants learning the 24-class-hour basic knowledge course, then choose some representative and difficult problems as the cases and conduct a 12-class-hour teaching. Results Through the questionnaire survey, the liaison nurses thought that the combination of PBL and LBL teaching method could improve the learning skills, and stimulate learning interest and enthusiasm which accounted for 95. 0%, deepen the understanding of theoretical knowledge which accounted for 100.0%, and increase their skills of clinical care and health education which accounted for 87.5%. Conclusions The application of the combination of PBL and LBL teaching method can stimulate their study interest and enthusiasm as well as clinical care and health education skills, and it is worth popularizing such method in the specialist training of the nurse.
