临床护理安全标识手册的设计与应用效果

目的规范临床护理安全标识系统的管理，正确、及时、合理地使用各种护理安全标识，保障护理安全。方法根据临床护理安全标识无缝隙管理系统内涵，制定护理安全标识手册，规范护理安全标识的使用，调查护理安全标识手册使用前后护理人员对安全标识的认知情况、护理安全标识临床应用情况（正确选择安全标识、正确放置安全标识、及时使用安全标识、正确宣教安全标识）及护理人员对护理安全手册的满意度。结果使用护理安全标识手册后护理人员对护理安全标识系统的认知程度提高，差异具有统计学意义（Z=207．5，P〈0．05）。使用护理安全标识手册后正确选择安全标识、正确放置安全标识、及时使用安全标识及正确宣教安全标识率分别为96％，98％，100％，92％，优于使用前的67％，74％，44％，34％，差异均具有统计学意义（x2值分别为14．62，11．96，38．89，36．08；P〈0．05）。对科室25名护理人员进行护理安全标识手册满意度问卷调查，护理人员满意度100％。结论使用护理安全标识手册能够规范安全标识的使用，提高护理人员安全意识，完善护理安全标识无缝隙管理系统的临床应用。

Objective To regulate the management of clinic nursing safety marking system, use nursing safety markings correctly, promptly and reasonably in order to guarantee nursing safety. Methods According to the contents of seamless management system in clinic nursing safety marking, handbook of nursing safety was formulated to regulate the use of safety markings. Nurses＇ cognition of safety markings, clinical application situation（ selection, correct placement, prompt use, propaganda and education of safety markings）and nurses＇ satisfaction before and after were also investigated. Results Nurses＇ cognition of nursing safety marking system was improved after the use of handbooks, and the differences were statistically significant （Z = 207.5, P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of correct selection, placement, prompt use and propaganda and education of safety markings reached 96% , 98%, 100% and 92% after the use of handbooks, all of which were better than before （67% , 74%, 44% and 34% ）. And the differences were statistically significant （X2 = 14.62, 11.96, 38.89, 36.08, respectively;P 〈 0.05 ）. 100% of 25 nurses were satisfied with the handbook of nursing safety markings. Conclusions The use of handbooks can regulate the use the safety markings, improve nurses＇ safety awareness and perfect the clinical application of seamless management system of clinic nursing safety markings.
