摘要
根据渐开线圆柱齿轮生成原理,在Pro/E中建立了渐开线圆柱齿轮的参数化模型,该模型不仅可以自动精确生成直齿、斜齿及其变位齿轮,而且通过条件控制语句,实现了任意齿数的齿轮设计。根据模态分析理论,利用Pro/MECHANICA对斜齿轮的模态进行了分析计算,总结了在定分度圆下不同齿数模数组合及轴孔直径对齿轮固有频率的影响,为渐开线圆柱齿轮传动的合理、高效设计和动态响应分析提供了理论依据。
According to involute cylindrical gear generation principle, this paper establishes of the involute cylindrical gear parametric model based on Pro/E. It not only can automatically and accurately generate spur gear, helical gear and modified gear, but also can realize any number of teeth of the gear design through conditional control statements. According to the modal analysis theory, the modal of gear is analyzed and calculated through the Pro/MECHANICA. The paper summarizes the influence of different-number teeth gear modulus combination and the changed diameter of axis bore on frequency of the helical gear in the fixed reference circle. The analysis provides a theoretical basis for efficient design and the dynamic response analysis of involute cylindrical gear drive.
