摘要
小水电是清洁能源之一,小水电上网后配电网成为一个多电源系统,会给配电网电能质量、继电保护、正常安全供电等造成一定的影响。从发输电系统、电网可靠性、电能质量、网损、无功电压、并网变压器、电网调度和实时监控、系统继电保护等方面,分析了小水电上网带来问题的原因,并部分给出了解决问题的方法。
The small hydropower is a kind of clean energy. When small hydropower access to the grid, power distribution network become a muhiple power supply system. It will cause some of the effects of the distribution network about power quality, relay protection and safely power supply. From the aspects of power system, power transmission system, power system reliability, power quality, loss of power network, reactive voltage, grid transformer, grid scheduling, real time monitoring and relay protection of system, the reasons about small hydropower access to the grid are analyzed, and measures to solve the problems are also presented.
