叶酸提高雌性大鼠受孕能力的实验研究

摘要 目的研究叶酸对雌性大鼠受孕率的作用和影响。方法随机分配30只雌性大鼠为两组:叶酸添加组和叶酸缺乏组,每组15只;叶酸添加组在雌性大鼠饲料中添加叶酸;叶酸缺乏组通过限制饲料中叶酸供给,使得该组雌性大鼠未能获取足够叶酸。二周后随机分配同窝、同系雄性大鼠到两组雌性大鼠中,进行交配,生产子代大鼠,统计子代大鼠产生子代大鼠的数量,研究叶酸对雌性大鼠产子能力的影响。结果叶酸添加组与叶酸缺乏组雌性大鼠与雄性大鼠首次合居一周后,受孕率分别为:66.7%和56.3%。再次合居一周受孕率分别为:60%和42.9%。结论通过给孕前雌大鼠添加叶酸的饲料,可以提高雌大鼠受孕率。 Objective To study the effect on the folic acid affecting the pregnancy rate of female rat. Methods 30 female rats were randomly divided into two groups with 15 rats in each group: folic acid added group and folic acid deficiency group. The rats in the folic acid added group received the feedstuff with folic acid, while the rats in the folic acid deficiency group received the feedstuff without folic acid. After two weeks, the same nest and fellow male rats were randomly assigned into two groups of female rats for copulation. Results The pregnancy rate of folic acid added group and folic acid deficiency group was 66.7% and 56.3% respectively after first live together for one week. The pregnancy rate of folic acid added group and folic acid deficiency group was 66.7% and 56.3% respectively after second live together for one week. Conclusions It can improve the pregnancy rate of the female rats by adding the folie acid.
