主动脉夹层内脏动脉区域破口的处理

Management of the Intimal Tears Located at the Region of Visceral Arteries

目的探讨主动脉夹层患者中内脏动脉区域破口的处理以及转归。方法 2001年至今我科共治疗远端破口涉及内脏动脉区夹层54例,近端破口修复以外,对内脏动脉破口部分予以修复,大部分予以旷置处理。结果没有患者死于内脏动脉破口破裂,但部分患者局部病变有变化。结论在主动脉夹层治疗中,对内脏动脉破口应结合实际情况。

Objective To study the outcome and management of the intimal tears located at the region of visceral arteries for aortic dissection. Methods From 2001, we treated 54 cases of aortic dissection with a intimal tear located at the region of visceral arteries, besides the repairment of the proximal tears, we repaired the tears close to the visceral arteries for some cases while most of them stayed for observation. Results No patients died form the rupture of the tears close to the visceral arteries, but some changes were found at follow-up. Conclusions The management ofintima tears located at the region of visceral arteries should be combined with actual conditions.
