To study the electricity consumption growth rate of Yuncheng region which ranks the highest within Shanxi province,it devided the macro-economic departinent of this region into different users,which facil tared the operation,and conducted a surrey on the electricity demand of each user.Based on the statistics collected above a forcast of the eletricity consunption growth is made for period of tenth fine year plan.
