胃癌联合新辅助化疗及术后化疗与胃癌根治后疗效评估

Curative Effect Evaluation of New Adjuvant Chemotherapy, Postoperative Chemotherapy and Radical Resection for Gastric Cancer

目的研究处于进展期胃癌的治疗方案:给予FOLFOX方案、给予新辅助化疗(newa djuvant chemotherapy)后再联合根治性手术切除的疗效。方法选择自2007年1月到2012年1月泉州市泉港区泉港医院普外科住院的14例处于进展期的胃癌患者实施新辅助化疗联合根治性手术病人的病例资料给予回顾性调查。结果 14例病人都实施了新辅助化疗联合D2根治性手术的治疗方案。没有因手术所致死亡病例出现,手术以后没有因手术所致的严重并发症出现。其中1例病人失访,其他病人仍存活(6～61个月),复查都没有出现可见的局部复发与远处转移。结论新辅助化疗联合D2根治性手术的治疗方案可有效治疗胃癌,为一种行之有效的治疗方案。

Objective To study therapeutic schedule of advanced gastric cancer, and the curative effect of FOLFOX solution, new adjuvant chemotherapy combined with D2 radical operation therapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods The clinical data of 14 patients with advanced gastric cancer who received the new adjuvant chemotherapy and radical resection in the general surgery department ofquangang hospital of quanzhou city fi＇om January 2007 to January 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All 14 patients received the therapeutic schedule of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with D2 radical resection. No dath case caused by the operation was found. No serious complication caused by the operation was found. Except 1 case of lost follow-up, all cases were survival （6 - 61 months）, and no visible local recurrence or distant metastasis was found during the follow-up. Conclusions The new adjuvant chemotherapy combined with D2 radical operation therapy is effective in the treatment of gastric cancer, which can be selected as a kind of effective treatment options.
