清洁间歇性自家导尿术病人的临床护理干预与管理

Nursing Intervention and Management to Patients Treated with Clean Intermittent Catheterization

目的通过对52例清洁间歇自家导尿住院患者分组对照进行护理干预与管理指导,提高病人掌握自家导尿的技术和方法,从而促进病人重返社会,提高生活的质量。方法对52例病人随机分为常规组和实验组,常规组是先由医生对病人或家属(看护者)进行导尿技术讲解和操作流程示范,根据病人需要给予护理指导。实验组在按常规护理的基础上,开展完整全程规范有针对性护理干预措施,如:组织观看清洁间歇自家导尿技术操作VCD(男女分开),排尿日记的书写实例指导,个案护理跟踪。观察病人及家属或(看护者)对清洁间歇自家导尿技术的掌握程度和满意度。结果与结论实验组自家导尿病人和家属对清洁间歇自家导尿操作技术掌握熟练程度高,1次导尿成功率均比对照组高,住院期间及出院随访11～48个月无发生尿路感染。

Objective Applying nursing intervention and managerial instructions to those patients needing clean intermittent catheterization （CIC）. Methods 52 patients were divided into two groups： conventional group and experimental group. Both groups were first instructed with the CIC details by one designated doctor. The conventional group then followed the regular nursing procedures; and the experimental group refered to the more detailing instructions besides the regular one. The extents of mastery and satisfaction to the CIC were assessed. Results and Conclusions More successful cases were seen in the experimental group, patients and their relatives could master this procedure more skillfully than those in conventional group. No urinary tract infections were seen when following up 11 to 48 months.
