Perioperative Nursing of 120 Cases of Tubal Obstruction Infertility

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗输卵管阻塞配合护理程序的临床效果。方法 120例腹腔镜下对输卵管伞端粘连、积水部分进行切开、分离并使之翻卷以防粘连并实施整体护理。结果与结论腹腔镜手术配合护理程序治疗输卵管阻塞具有安全、微创、出血少、恢复快等优点,再通率及受孕率均增高。

Objective To investigate and discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment to tubal occlusion accompanying with nursing procedures. Methods 120 cases, whose tubal fimbria adhesion and the edema part were given incision, separation and rolled to prevent adhesionand, were operated under the laparoscopy and then were given holistic nursing. Results and Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery with the care procedures for the treatment of blocked fallopian tubes have the advantages of safety, minimal invasion, less bleeding, quicker recovery, and increased recanalization rate and pregnancy rate.
