摘要
目的通过分析新生儿破伤风的临床特点,总结新生儿破伤风正确的护理方法。方法对28例新生儿破伤风的感染途径、临床症状、治疗及其护理进行总结,分析新生儿破伤风护理的要点。结果痉挛护理,脐带护理和口腔呼吸道护理是新生儿护理的要点。结论做好新生儿破伤风要点的护理,有助于提高疾病的治愈率。
Objective To summarize the proper nursing methods for neonatal tetanus through analyze the clinical features of neonatal tetanus. Methods The infection Routes, clinical symptoms, treatment and nursing care of 28 cases of neonatal tetanus were summarized to analyze the nursing points of neonatal tetanus. Results Spasms care, umbilical cord care and oral respiratory care are the main nursing points of neonatal tetanus. Conclusions Good nursing for the key points of neonatal tetanus can improve the cure rate of the disease.
