大面积烧伤患者低钠血症的观察与护理

Observation and Nursing of Large Area Burn Patients with Hyponatremia

目的探讨大面积烧伤患者低钠血症的护理效果。方法对40例大面积烧伤患者低钠血症患者进行观察与临床护理,分析护理疗效。结果经过有效的观察与护理,患者的低钠血症的治疗取得了较好的临床效果。结论对大面积烧伤低钠血症患者进行观察与护理,可及时纠正低钠,利于患者的康复治疗。

Objective To investigate nursing effect of large area bum patients with hyponatremia. Methods 40 cases of large area bum patients with hyponatremia were observed and received clinical nursing, the nursing efficacy was analyzed. Results After the effective observation and nursing care of patients with hyponatremia, patients achieved better clinical results. Conclusions Large area bum patients with hyponatremia receive observation and nursing care can correct the low sodium timely, which is beneficial to patients＇ rehabilitation.
