实施无陪护护理模式临床现状的质性研究

Qualitative Research of Clinical Status of the Accompanying Care Model

目的深入了解医院开展无陪护护理模式的实际困难,为无陪护病房的顺利实施提供依据。方法对30名临床护理人员进行深度访谈,并采用现象学分析法分析资料。结果将开展无陪护护理模式困难的原因归纳为3个主题:护理人力资源短缺;医院保障体系不够健全;医院管理体制存在缺陷。结论医院应采取增加人员编制,完善医院保障体系,改革医院管理体制等有效措施促进无陪护病房的顺利实施。

Objective To deeply understand the practical difficulties of the care model without accompany in our hospital so as to provide a basis for carrying it out smoothly in the future. Methods 30 clinical nurses were interviewed and studied deeply, and the data from them were phenomenologieally analyzed. Results Difficulties in the care model without any accompany were grouped into three themes： the shortage of nurses; the inadequate hospital security system; the defected hospital management system. Conclusions The staff in the hospital should be increased,the hospital security system improved, the hospital management system reformed and other effective measures promote the smooth implementation of care model without accompanying ward.
