摘要
Toll样受体9是一种在天然免疫系统中发挥重要作用的模式识别受体,主要识别细菌和病毒DNA中的CpG基序,活化信号通路,诱导产生强烈的Th1优势免疫应答,调节IFN-α、ILs等细胞因子的分泌,参与感染和过敏性疾病、肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病的发病。因此,靶向TLR9的药物在这些疾病的治疗中有广泛的应用前景。
Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) is an important innate immune system receptor through recognition of pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs). It mainly recognizes unmethylated CpG dinucleotides (CpG-DNA) in the genomes of bacteria and viruses. A strong Th-1 dominant immune response will be induced and the secretion of IFN-α and ILs will be regnlated after TLR9 signal pathway is activated. TLR9 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of allergies, infectious diseases, cancers and autoimmune diseases. So the drug targeting TLR9 pathway has a prosperous future in the treatment of these diseases.
