基于财政投资评审视角的工程量清单计价问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Bill of Quantities Based on the Perspective of Financial Investment Review

工程量清单计价是工程造价计价改革的一项具体措施,在推行的过程中产生了一些问题。因此,本文在分析我国实施工程量清单计价以来在财政投资评审中遇到的一系列问题基础上,提出相应对策,以利于工程量清单计价模式的健康发展。

Bill of quantities is a concrete measure of the project cost valuation reform, also it produces some problems in the implementation. So, this paper analyzes the problems which we encounter in the financial investment review since the Bill of Quantities has been practiced, and finally proposes some solutions for the developing of bill of quantities.
