摘要
对城市轨道交通前期工程特点、投资控制难点进行分析,结合前期工程投资控制实例,提出前期工程投资控制的对策和建议:在城市轨道交通前期工程中引入招标机制,并对前期工程的设计、施工、结算的各建设环节加强控制。
Through the analysis of characteristics and difficulties of Urban Rail Transit （URT） Pre-project, illuminates the countermeasures and suggestions of Pre-project investment control with an example. It is that, we should introduce the mechanism of bidding into BRT Pre-project, and strengthen the control of all the construction processes.
