摘要
基于模糊综合评判方法,以驻马店市舒绮苑住宅小区工程项目为例,对施工合同管理效果进行评估,通过确定评价指标集、评语集、单因素模糊评价、合同管理效果的综合评价向量、模糊综合评判等计算过程,得出合同管理效果评估值。评价过程指标明晰,评估结果较为科学、客观,评价指标体系和评估模型具有合适性,供施工企业合同管理参考借鉴。
Based on fuzzy mathematics theory, this paper takes ShuQi Yuan residential quarter in Zhumadian as an example, estimates the effect of the construction contract management, and gets the assessed value of contract management effect by establishing evaluation index system, comment set, single-factor fuzzy evaluation, comprehensive evaluation vector of contract management effect and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation indices are clear, assessment result is objective and scientific, evaluation index system and evaluation model are fit, so this method can supply reference for construction enterprises to manage contract.
