新政策形势下,随着网络技术的发展,网络营销必将成为未来房地产企业着重发展的方向之一。但是,我国的网络营销还处于初级阶段,出现了许多现实问题与瓶颈,所以我国房地产网络营销需要一场新革命。在不断解决技术和设施瓶颈以及完善法律法规的基础上,企业应通过制定网络营销战略、树立品牌形象、注重网络营销人才的培养等措施,促使我国的房地产网络营销朝着技术高端化、分工专业化、成本经济化、市场导向化等方向发展。
With the development of network technology, network marketing is going to be one of the main direction of the future real estate enterprise to develop under the new policy situation. But our network marketing is still at primary stage. It has run into many problems and some bottle-neck. Therefore, the real estate network marketing needs a revolution. On the basis of solving the question in technology and perfecting the laws and regulations, enterprises should establish the network marketing strategy, a brand image and pay attention to network marketing talent cultivation measures. China's real estate marketing network will be towards the direction to the high-end technology, specialization, economic cost and market orientation.
