摘要
武汉市民之家属大跨连体复杂高层结构。介绍本工程主要采取的构造措施和计算手段,包括塔楼筒体的抗倾覆验算、连体桁架与筒体的连接节点设计、连体层楼板的设计。分析了扭转位移比指标的特点,由于连体层上下结构层长宽比的变化,导致扭转位移比的突变,这种不规则性属于连体结构的固有特点,通过对塔楼部分的加强能保证结构整体在大震作用下的安全性。通过公式推导,得出结构整体抗倾覆系数与基底零应力区之间的联系。
Wuhan Citizen Center is a large-span connected structure. Seismic measures and calculation measures used in the overturn resistant ability, joint design and connected floor slab design were introduced. The characteristics of torsion displacement ratio were analyzed. The torsion displacement ratio changed abruptly at the connected floor for the change of the length width ratio. The irregularity of the torsion displacement ratio was the natural characteristic of the connected structure. The security of the structure under rare earthquake can be assured by strengthening the tower. The relationship of the overturn resistant ability and the zero stress zone under foundation was deduced.
