摘要
深圳宝城1#楼为高层商住楼,采用框支剪力墙结构体系,由于平面凹凸不规则、扭转不规则及竖向构件间断,属于超限高层结构。采用PKPM和ETABS软件进行多遇地震和设防地震的弹性计算,采用MIDAS软件进行罕遇地震静力弹塑性分析。对剪力墙竖向不连续和转换层楼板进行重点分析;对整个结构的薄弱部位,通过提高剪力墙抗弯承载力和延性来改善结构抗震性能。综合分析结果,提出了超限设计措施,并有针对性地采取了构造加强措施。
As the high-rise commercial and residential building, the No. 1 building in Shenzhen Baocheng used the frame- supported shear wall structure. Due to the irregular uneven surface, torsional irregularity and discontinuous vertical component, the No. 1 building is an exceeding code limit tall structure. PKPM and ETABS were used for the elastic calculation under minor and moderate earthquake, MIDAS was used for static elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake. The vertical discontinuous shear walls and the converted floors were emphatically analyzed. For the weak parts of the whole structure, the flexural capacity and ductility of shear wails were increased to improve the seismic performance. Comprehensive analysis of the results,the gauge design measures are proposed,and the measures to strengthen the structure are put forward.
