摘要
以东营会展中心超长钢屋盖为背景,研究斜交梁体系屋盖结构的温度效应特点。阐述了楼屋盖结构平面内刚度对温度效应的影响;推导了正、斜交网格平面内刚度的计算公式,通过分析比较,得到斜交网格平面内刚度较小的结论,有利于减小结构的温度效应。利用ANSYS软件建立正、斜交梁体系超长屋盖结构模型,并进行季节温差作用下的分析,结果表明斜交梁体系温度效应受屋盖平面内刚度影响大,刚度较大侧的温度效应显著,同时亦验证了理论分析的结论。讨论了若干因素对斜交梁体系屋盖结构温度效应特点的影响作用。并结合工程实际,提出若干设计要点。
Based on the overlong steel roof of Dongying Meeting and Exhibition Center, the feature of temperature effect of diagonal-crossing beam roof structure was studied. The influence of plane structure on temperature effect was described in detail. The formula of the plane stiffness of orthogonal and diagonal grid was given. The conclusion that the plane stiffness of diagonal-crossing beam roof structure is smaller was found through theoretical compassion and calculation, so the feature of diagonal-crossing grid structure was good for reducing the temperature effect. The rectangular orthogonal and diagonal- crossing beam roof FEM models were established and the temperature effect of the structures with the season temperature change load was analyzed. The results indicate that diagonal-crossing beam roof structure is affected by the plane stiffness, and the temperature effect is more evident on the side of bigger stiffness, and the theoretical analysis results are proved. Several factors that influence the feature of temperature effect of diagonal-crossing beam roof structure are discussed. According to the engineering project, the design ideas of the engineering were put forward.
