腹腔镜辅助腹主动脉瘤切除术一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者男性，77岁，因发现“腹部搏动性肿块2年余伴疼痛1个月”于2011年10月27日入院。既往无糖尿病史、高血压病史及心脏病史。10年前曾行阑尾切除术，右下腹麦氏切口。体格检查：生命体征稳定，血压128／68mmHg（1mmHg：0．133kPa），心肺未闻及杂音。
