回顾了华东电网对计算机 2 0 0 0年问题的处理过程 ,分析了当前在计算机软件质量管理和计算机系统管理中存在的问题 ,提出了加强对计算机软件测试、配置管理以及关键业务系统的风险管理和任务 ,以适应高新技术在电力系统中的应用日益发展的需要 ,提高现代化电网运行的可靠性和稳定性。

The treatment of computer's Y2K problem in ECPN is reviewed and the problems existed in software QC and computer system management are analysed and the enhancement of software test, configuration management and the risk management of key service systems are suggested to meet the need for applieation of new and high tec in power system and enhance the operation reliability and stability of modern power grid.
