Analysis on Characteristics of Spring Irrigation Load in Southern Hebei Power System in 1999

:气象因素特别是降水过程 ,是影响电网负荷波动的重要因素 ,而对其进行定量分析一直是一件比较困难的事情。文章结合特殊的气象状况形成的负荷特性 ,定量分析了灌溉负荷特性、降水过程对电力电量的影响以及灌溉负荷的发展规律 ,为准确预测春季电网负荷。

Weather, especially precipitating process, is an important factor that affects load fluctuation in a power network, and it is always difficult to define quantitatively. Associated with the load pattern formed by special weather conditions, this paper tries to make a quantitative analysis of the characteristics of irrigation load, influence of precipitating process to the power demand, and the irrigation load pattern. This can be used as a reference for accurate prediction of spring power demand and balance of power supply and demand in a power network.
