色甘酸钠对缺血再灌注兔心室肌电生理特性的影响

Effect of Cromolyn Sodium on Electrophysiological Characterization and Dynamic Restitution Properties in Vitro in Rats of Ischemia/Reperfusion

摘要 目的探讨肥大细胞稳定剂色甘酸钠对缺血再灌注时心肌室性心律失常诱发率及兴奋恢复性质的影响。方法应用玻璃微电极法同步记录心室肌内外膜动作电位及模拟心电图。各组分别给予标准台式液或含有不同浓度药物台式液、模拟缺血液和台式液灌流以模拟缺血再灌注过程。结果与对照组相比,再灌注时相各药物处理组的室性心律失常诱发率显著低于对照组;再灌注时相对照组恢复曲线斜率均>1,各药物处理组恢复曲线斜率均<1。结论色甘酸钠的心脏电生理特性可能是其抑制缺血再灌注心律失常的机制之一。 Objective To investigate the effect of mast cell stabilizer cromolyn sodium on electrophysiological characterization and dynamic restitution properties in rats of isehemia/reperfusion. Methods Classic mieroelectrode technique was applied in simultaneously recording 90% repolarization(APD90)from epieardium and endoeardium of arterially peffused ventricle strip. Results Cromolyn sodium in different dose could suppress the occurrence of reperfusion - associated arrhytbmia markedly. On repeffusion, it also strikingly flattened the slope of restitution curves. Conclusion Alteration of restitution properties can be involved in antiarrhythmic effect of cromolyn sodium in isehemia/reperfusion.
