儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病LDH、SF和ESR的动态变化

目的探讨儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患儿血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、铁蛋白(SF)和血沉(ESR)在治疗前后动态变化的临床意义。方法测定和分析112例初治ALL患儿化疗前、缓解后及复发后LDH、SF和ESR的变化,并对LDH、SF和ESR三者行相关性分析。结果 ALL患儿化疗前较对照组和缓解组LDH、SF和ESR明显增高(P<0.01),而完全缓解期与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。ALL复发组患儿LDH、SF和ESR明显升高,与其缓解时相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。LDH、SF和ESR呈良好正相关(相关系数0.863,P<0.01)。结论动态检测LDH、SF和ESR水平可作为儿童ALL的病情观察、判断疗效和预后的重要参考指标。

Objective To explore the changes and clinical significances of serum lactic dehydrogenase （LDH） , ferrritin （SF） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia （ALL） . Methods Serum LDH, SF and ESR levels were measured and analyzed in 112 children with ALL before chemotherapy, complete remission and after relapse. Observe the correlations among LDH, SF and ESR. Results Serum LDH, SF and ESR levels of children ALL patients before chemotherapy were significantly higher than those of control group and complete remission group （P〈O.0t） . Otherwise complete remission group had no significant difference than those of control group （P〉0.05） . These changes were occurred in relapse group. LDH, SF and ESR were positively correlated in children ALL. Conclusion Making dynamic analysis of serum LDH, SF and ESR levels maybe considered as important indicators for observing disease process, therapeutic effects and prognosis for children with ALL.
