药师心理压力与心理健康状况的调查研究

目的了解药师心理压力和心理健康状况,探讨二者之间的关系,为医院管理提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和中文版知觉心理压力量表(CPSS)对96名药师进行心理健康和心理压力状况测评比较。结果①33.3%的药师存在不同程度的心理问题,心理问题者SCL-90评分明显高心理正常者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);②心理问题者CPSS评分明显高于心理正常者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);③SCL-90与CPSS存在高度相关性(P<0.01)。结论药师心理压力较大,存在不同程度的心理问题,心理压力对心理健康产生不利影响。医院管理者应帮助药师减轻心理压力,提高心理健康水平。

Objective To understand the state of the psychological pressure and mental health of pharmacists, explore the relation between them,in erder to offer the basis for hospital management. Methods The state of the psychological pressure and mental health of 96 pharmacists was assessed by SCL-90 and CPSS. Results （1）33.3% of pharmacists had different degree of psychological problems, the score of SCL-90 in the patient with mental question was higher than that in normal person （P〈0.01, P〈0.05） ; （2）The score of CPSS in the patient with mental question was higher than that in normal person （P〈0.01） ; （3）There was high degree relevance between psychological pressure and mental health （P〈0.01） . Conclusion Pharmacist had larger psychological pressure, and varying degrees psychological problems, psychological pressure could produce negative effects on mental health. The hospital managers may help pharmacist to relieve psychological pressure, and improve the level of mental health.
