摘要
目的探讨应用胰岛素泵对糖尿病患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法抽取92例糖尿病患者病例,将其分为常规组和治疗组,平均每组46例。常规组患者采用多次皮下注射胰岛素的方法进行治疗;治疗组患者采用胰岛素泵进行治疗。结果治疗组患者糖尿病症状治疗效果明显优于常规组;胰岛素用量明显少于常规组;血糖水平达标所需时间明显短于常规组。结论应用胰岛素泵对患有糖尿病患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To explore the application of insulin pump on diabetes patients were clinical therapeutic effect. Methods Selected 92 cases diabetes cases, divided into the normal group and treatment group,46 cases in each group the average. The conventional group were treated by repeated subcutaneous injection of insulin treatment methods; the patients in the treatment group were treated with insulin pump. Results The treatment group patients the symptoms of diabetes treatment is superior to the conventional group was significantly less than that of the conventional group; insulin; blood glucose level standards required time was shorter than the conventional group. Conclusion The application of insulin pump on diabetes patients clinical effect is very obvious.
