摘要
目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病的治疗、护理。方法对2007年1月至2010年1月收入的160例妊娠期高血压疾病、患病的资料进行回顾性的分析。结果治疗、护理后2h的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、心率较治疗护理前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),自然分娩25例,剖宫产135例,无1例死亡,新生儿均成活,最小1350g,对早产,低体质量,有重度窒息的转新生儿监护室进一步治疗护理。结论加强孕期保健、护理,规范孕期系统管理,作好产前检查,提高对孕期疾病的监护和评估,正确处理病情,进行有效的护理,保证母子健康。
Objective Discussing the treatment and nursing care of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy. Methods 160 patients＇ materials were retrospectively analyzed about hypertensive disorders in pregnancy. Results After treatments and nursing,the Systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, mean arterial pressure and heart rate fall obviously comparing with prior to nursing,with statistically signigicant.There are 25 cases of spontaneous labor and 135 cases of abdominal delivery, without death.All neonatus are live and minimum weight is 1350g.For premature delivery, low birth weight and severe asphyxia infants,they should be transferred into the intensive care unit for further treatments.Conclusion Strengthening healthcare Issues and nursing during pregnancy, standarding pregnancy system management, completing antenatal examination, improving tutelage and evaluation of pregnancy diseases, dealing with the illness correctly, offering effective nursing care, guaranteeing the mother and child health.
