参松养心胶囊与比索洛尔治疗心律失常的疗效分析

目的分析参松养心胶囊与比索洛尔治疗心律失常的临床治疗效果。方法选取2007年5月至2011年12月期间,采用参松养心胶囊治疗的心律失常患者50例,作为A组;选取采用比索洛尔治疗的心律失常患者50例,作为B组;再选取采用参松养心胶囊联合比索洛尔治疗的心律失常患者50例,作为C组。将三组患者临床症状、心电图动态的变化情况,以及生活质量评分情况进行对比分析,从而总结参松养心胶囊与比索洛尔治疗心律失常的临床治疗效果。结果 A组患者临床症状、心电图动态的变化情况,以及生活质量评分情况均明显好于B组患者,而C组患者临床症状、心电图动态的变化情况,以及生活质量评分情况明显好于A组。结论参松养心胶囊治疗心律失常比比索洛尔更加有效,参松养心胶囊联合比索洛尔治疗心律失常比参松养心胶囊更加有效。

Objective To analyze the effect of Shensongyangxin capsule and bisoprolol on arrhythmia clinical treatment effect.
