甲状腺癌手术不同术式对喉返神经的影响分析

Influence Analysis of Thyroid Carcinoma Operation of Different Operation on Recurrent Laryngeal Nerve

目的观察探讨甲状腺癌手术不同术式对喉返神经(RLN)的影响。方法选取我院2009年4月至2011年4月行甲状腺手术的患者64例,按照其术式分为A组19例;B组24例;C组21例,观察比较三组对喉返神经的损伤率。结果 A、B两组在RLN永久性损伤和短暂性损伤方面比较存在显著差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论甲状腺癌手术不同术式对喉返神经有着不同的影响。

Objective To observe the operation of different types of operation on thyroid cancer recurrent laryngeal nerve （RLN） effects. Methods From April April to20112009 in our hospital for the patients with thyroid operation in 64 cases, in accordance with its operation forl9 cases in group A; 24 cases in group B; 21 cases in group C, were compared between the three groups of the recurrent laryngeal nerve injury rate. Results A, B two group in RLN permanent damage and transient injury more significant differences （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Thyroid carcinoma operation of different operation on recurrent laryngeal nerve has different effects.
