腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复儿童足部轮辐伤5例 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨应用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复儿童足部轮辐伤的疗效。方法 2010年5月至2012年4月,采用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复5例儿童足部轮辐伤创面。男3例,女2例。年龄6~9岁。创面部位:足跟部4例,外踝部1例。皮瓣大小7.5cm×6cm~12cm×10.5cm。结果 5例皮瓣中,3例完全成活,创面一期愈合;1例表皮坏死,换药后创面愈合;1例边缘坏死,二期缝合后创面愈合。随访1~5个月,皮瓣外形良好,不影响穿鞋。结论儿童足部轮辐伤较为常见,该手术操作简单迅速,便于在基层医院开展,是修复儿童足部轮辐伤的理想选择。但该皮瓣术后足部感觉缺失及腿部大面积瘢痕仍需逐步解决。
