探讨超声在判断冠心病患者动脉血管功能异常中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨超声检查在诊断冠心病患者动脉血管功能异常中的临床应用价值。方法收集冠心病患者50例,作为实验组,收集健康人员50名,作为对照组,分别测定两组人员的肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张功能以及颈动脉硬化参数,分析压力应变弹性系数、硬化度、顺应性与肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张功能的相关性。结果实验组患者的肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张功能系数、顺应性明显低于健康人员;实验组患者的压力应变弹性系数、硬化度明显高于健康人员;经检验,压力应变弹性系数、硬化度与肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张功能呈负相关;顺应性与肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张功能呈正相关。结论超声检查在冠心患者动脉血管功能异常的判断中具有良好的临床应用价值。
