如何在新生儿重症监护病房中体现人性化护理 被引量：7

摘要 随着我国医疗卫生制度的深化改革,提高医院的服务质量已成共识,将人性化理念贯穿于医疗护理服务的整个过程也成必然.人性化护理是一种创造性的、个性化的、整体的、有效的护理模式,是现代护理倡导的理念,以尊重人的生命价值、人格以及尊重个人隐私为核心,其目的为患者营造一个舒适的就医环境是使患者在生理、心理、社会精神上处于满足而舒适的状态[1],也是一种实践人性化、人道化护理服务的行为与规范.本院为三级甲等医院,在临床实践中小儿科是如何对患儿实施人性化护理,真正做到优质化护理服务,促进患儿康复.
