有限髁间窝成型在膝关节前交叉韧带重建手术中的临床意义

Clinical significance of limited Notchplasty in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of knee

目的：探讨有限髁间窝成型在膝关节前交叉韧带重建手术中的临床意义.方法与结果：我院2008年5月-2010年6月通过有限的髁间窝成型成功完成了前交叉韧带损伤患者关节镜下重建手术治疗53例,男32例,女21例,年龄23～52岁,平均年龄30.8岁.34例患者有不同程度退行性骨性关节炎表现,其中17例患者术前X线检查可见：髁间窝密度不均,髁间窝增生,胫骨髁间棘骨赘形成.结论：有限髁间窝成形在膝关节前交叉韧带重建手术中有着决定性的影响.

Objective：Discussion for clinical significance of limited notchplasty in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of knee. Methods and Result：There were 53 ACL reconstruction cases, including Female 21 and Male 32 during May 2008 -June 2010, had been completed through effective notehplasty. There were 34 cases with a varying degrees of performance of degenerative osteoarthritis, preoperative X--ray examination of 17 patients among them showed uneven density of intercondylar fossa, hyperplasia of the intercondylar notch, proliferation of osteophyte on intercondylar spine of tibia. Conclusion：Limited notchplasty has a decisive impact on anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
