摘要
目的:优化红霉素微球的制备工艺.方法:以聚乳酸为载体材料,采用乳化溶剂-挥发法制备红霉素微球,并以微球的包封率和载药量为考察指标,进行了L9(34)的正交试验.结论:优选后的制备方法稳定可行,适合于红霉素微球的制备,从而制备工艺得以改进.
Objective:To optimize the preparation technology of erythromycin microspheres. Methods:Poly lactic acid as the carrier material,adopt Emulsion solvent--volatile method to preparation erythromycin microspheres, With small ball bag sealing rate and the drug for complete index use L2 (34) of orthogonal test. Conclusion:The optimal extraction process is stable and feasible and suitable for, thus preparation technology to improve.
