摘要
解决薄带钢在拉伸矫直过程中出现的翘曲问题具有十分重要的现实意义。以两弯一矫拉矫机为例,全面分析了薄带钢在拉伸矫直过程中出现翘曲的原因。提出了改进的新结构,并取得了良好板型控制效果。
It is important and practical significance to resolve the thin strip buckling of tension levelling. According to tension leveller of the two-bending and one-levelling, the reason of thin strip buckling after tension levelling is analyzed comprehensive. The new structure of tension leveller is put for ward, and the good effect of strip shape control is achieved.
