摘要
以铁路施工企业开展项目管理审计工作的实践为基础,阐述铁路工程项目管理审计的概念、职能、内容,以及具体实施的办法,并通过对审计中存在问题的分析,提出有关建议和意见,为铁路施工企业更好地开展工程项目管理审计提供参考。
In this paper, the author expounds the basic conception, content, function and the implementation of the meas- ures of the management auditing on railway construction project , based on the project management auditing practice of the railway construction enterprise. This paper discussed the problem existing in the current management auditing, put forward relevant suggestions and opinions , in order to provide reference for railway construction enterprises in engineering project auditing.
