从《州共同核心标准》透视美国基础教育质量改革趋势 被引量：1

摘要 2010年6月,美国正式颁布了《州共同核心标准》,标志着美国"基于标准的教育改革"迈出了突破性的步伐。作为教育质量治理的工具,《州共同核心标准》表现出以下特点与创新之处:以课程标准为关键点,更加注重学生能力提升,强调政府的主导性因素,强化社会民间力量的协同参与。《州共同核心标准》虽然已得到了绝大多数州的积极回应与支持,但还需要在以下方面有所推进:基于标准形成相关的一系列标准体系;依照标准建立相应的评估系统;遵循标准达成有效的"责任合同"。
