摘要
目的用高效液相色谱法测定益心宁神片(五味子,灵芝,人参茎叶总皂苷和藤合欢)中五味子醇甲和五味子乙素。方法采用Hypersil BDS C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-水(65∶35)。体积流量1.0 mL/min。检测波长210 nm。柱温40℃。进样量20μL。结果五味子醇甲和五味子乙素在0.5~20μg范围内,峰面积和进样量呈良好的线性关系。回归方程分别为Y=1 102 625.000 9X-199.714 0,r=1.000 0;Y=2 635 670.830 5X+24 809.150 2,r=0.999 9。结论本法灵敏度高,方法简单,结果准确,适用于益心宁神片中五味子醇甲和五味子乙素的同时测定。
AIM To establish a RP-HPLC method for determining schisandrin and γ-schisandrin in Yixin Ningshen Tablets(Schisandrae chinensis Fructus,Ganoderma,total ginsenoside of ginseng stems and leaves,Albiziae Caulis).METHODS The Hypersil BDS C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) column was used with methanol-wateras the mobile phase(65∶ 35).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 40 ℃.RESULTS There was good linearity between the peak area and sample size within the ranges of 0.5-20 μg.Regression equations were Y=1 102 625.000 9X-199.714 0(r=1.000 0),Y=2 635 670.830 5X+24 809.150 2(r=0.999 9),respectviely.CONCLUSION This method with high sensitivity,simple operation,accurate results,is suitable for the simultaneous determination of schisandrin and γ-schisandrin in Yixin Ningshen Tablets.
