大孔树脂分离纯化羟基酪醇工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究大孔吸附树脂法纯化羟基酪醇的工艺条件及参数。方法以羟基酪醇的量为考察指标,筛选适用的大孔吸附树脂型号,研究树脂吸附与解吸工艺。结果羟基酪醇适用树脂型号为AMBERLITE-XAD4,其吸附率为91.1%,解析率为91.6%,经乙酸乙酯萃取、真空浓缩干燥后,总固形物中羟基酪醇纯度可达44.1%。结论采用此法能初步纯化羟基酪醇。
