我国以建立新的征管模式为主要标志的税收征管改革整体运行情况良好。但受诸多因素的影响和制约 ,征管改革面临着许多困难和问题 ,需要研究、采取有针对性的措施予以解决。

The reform of tax collection and management mainly marked a new modal of collection and management goes well now.Meanwhile it encounters a lot of troubles because of many influences and restrictions.Therefore,some measures should be taken to solve them.
