复方苦参注射液对放射性直肠炎的保护作用

Protective effect of Compound Sophorae Injection on radiation proctitis

目的:观察复方苦参注射液对放射性直肠炎的治疗作用。方法:将65例接受放疗的直肠癌患者随机分为两组:治疗组35例,在放疗的同时加用复方苦参注射液;对照组30例,单纯应用放疗。结果:治疗组和对照组放射性直肠炎的发生率分别为20%和63.3%。结论:复方苦参注射液对放射性直肠炎是一种有效的辅助治疗手段,可以有效地减轻放疗不良反应。

Objective： To observe the effectiveness of Compound Sophorae Injection in the treatment of radiation proctitis. Methods： Totally 65 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Of the patients, 35 were treated with both radiotherapy and Compound Sophorae Injection, and 30 with radiotherapy alone （control）. Results： The incidence of radiation proctitis was 20% in combination group and 63.3% in control group. Conclusion： Compound Sophorae Injection is an effective adjuvant therapy in the treatment of radiation proctitis and can effectively reduce the adverse effects of radiotherapy.
