区域危险品道路运输网络双层反馈规划模型及算法 被引量:3

摘要 为通过运输网络规划方式降低区域路网危险品运输风险,根据危险品道路运输网络规划中存在监管者路网规划和运输者路线选择的双层约束特征,在假设监管者网络规划目的为总运输风险最小,运输者选线目的为总运输成本最小的基础上,建立区域危险品道路运输网络双层规划模型。进一步提出能求解得到稳定运输网络的双层反馈式算法,即在传统模型算法中增加稳定性检验和反馈调整算法,进而保证运输者在监管者规划路网中所选路线运输成本最小的同时运输风险也尽可能小。最后,通过实例分析检验模型和算法的有效性。计算结果显示,反馈式算法求得的运输网络更稳定,总运输风险值也比传统模式和算法的低。 In order to reduce the road hazmat transport risk in particular area by the means of the transport network planning, according to the two-level restraint characteristics between the transport network planning of the supervision department and the route selection of hazmat shippers, which were existed in the process of transport network planning, based on the assumption that the goals of transport network planning of the supervision departments and the route selection for hazmat shippers were minimizing the total transport risk in concerned area and the total transport cost, respectively, then, a bi-level programming model for the regional road hazmat transport network was built. On this basis, the corresponding bi-level feedback algorithm that can find a stable solution for the above-mentioned model was then proposed, that is, increasing the stability test and feedback adjustment algorithm in traditional solving algorithm, so as to ensure the transport risk of route the hazmat shipper selected in the transport network the supervision department planned was as small as possible while minimizing the transport cost of such route. Finally, a example was taken for testing the effectiveness of model and algorithm. The calculation result shows that the transport network obtained by the feedback algorithm is more stable than that by the traditional algorithm, and that the total transport risk of the former is lower than that of the latter.
