摘要 建立一种高效液相色谱法测定膨化食品中甜蜜素(环己基氨基磺酸钠)含量的检测方法。甜蜜素可与亚硝酸在酸性环境下反应生成环己醇亚硝酸酯,正己烷萃取,紫外检测器于波长为230 nm的条件下测定。方法线性良好,线性范围为25~500μg/mL,检出限为2.5μg/mL,加标回收率为96.9%~100.4%,RSD值为1.72%~2.55%。该方法操作方便,分析速度快,回收率高,结果准确,适用于各种膨化食品中甜蜜素含量的测定。 A high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for cyclamate determination in puffed food. Cyelohexanol nitrite produced by the reaction between cyclamate and nitrite under the acid environment, extracted with n-hexane, and then were determined by UV detector at the wave length of 230 rim. The method has good linearity, and the linear range is 25-500μg/mL, the detection limit is 2.5 μg/mL, the recycle rate is 96.9 %-100.4 %, RSD is 1.72 %-2.55 %. The method is simple and reliable. It can be food with satisfactory results. used to analyze cyclamate in all kinds of puffed food with satisfactory results.
