摘要
以强酸性磺酸树脂为催化剂,柠檬醛和乙醇为原料合成柠檬醛二乙缩醛。考察了原料配比、反应时间、催化剂用量、带水剂用量和催化剂重复使用次数等因素对反应的影响,得到合成柠檬醛二乙缩醛的最优条件为:醛醇物质的量比1∶5,催化剂用量占醛质量的11%,带水剂环己烷用量10 mL,反应时间6 h,催化剂重复使用5次催化活性未见明显衰退。具有易分离、操作简单和产品质量好等特点。
Citral diethyl acetal was synthesized by using citral and ethonal as the raw materials and the strong acidic sulfonic resin as the catalyst. The influence of the proportion of raw materials, reaction time, the dosage of the catalyst and water carrying agent, and the properties of the catalyst for repeated use was investigated. The optimal reaction condition was attained as follows : n (citral) : n (ethonal) = 1 : 5, catalyst dosage 11% of citral mass, the amount of water carrying agent 10 mL and reaction time 6 h. The catalytic activity of the catalyst after repeated use for five times had no obvious decrease. This method had the advantages of simple operation, mild reaction condition, high purity and yield of the product.
