镍钛合金支架置入治疗恶性气管狭窄伴重度Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭一例 被引量：4

摘要 严重中心气道狭窄可因气道梗阻、呼吸衰竭等血接危及患者生命，气道支架可迅速缓解气道狭窄并长期维持，是治疗恶性中心气道狭窄的有效手段之一。浙江省人民医院呼吸内科任气管镜直视下经局部麻醉放置镍钛合金覆膜支架成功救治腺癌所致气管重度狭窄伴严重Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者1例，现报道如下。
